Returns & Exchanges

At Charlotte Stone, we want your feet to feel as good as they look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure your shoes are trialed on a carpeted surface to maintain their pristine condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a pre-paid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original designer box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the new label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
